Our team works on behalf of clients to navigate the medical billing system, but all final decisions regarding settlements, payment arrangements, and financial hardship applications remain with the client.
Cerapex does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Our services are strictly limited to the financial aspects of medical billing. We do not review, evaluate, or comment on the medical necessity or appropriateness of any healthcare services rendered. Clients should consult qualified healthcare providers for all medical decisions.
Results vary based on each client's individual circumstances, including the nature and amount of the medical bills, the billing provider's policies, and the client's financial situation. Past outcomes do not guarantee future results. While we work diligently to achieve the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee any specific dollar amount of savings or that any particular bill will be reduced or forgiven.
All content, materials, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and intellectual property displayed on cerapex.com are the property of Cerapex Corporation or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our intellectual property without prior written consent from Cerapex. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property belonging to Cerapex may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Cerapex may send SMS text messages to users who have opted in to receive account-related communications. These messages are limited to notifications directly related to your active case or account with Cerapex, including case status updates, document upload reminders, settlement offer notifications requiring your approval, payment plan confirmations, credit score progress alerts, and account verification codes.
Cerapex does not send promotional, marketing, or advertising messages via SMS. All text messages you receive from us are transactional in nature and pertain exclusively to a case or account you have initiated with Cerapex.
By opting in to receive SMS messages, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies based on case activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or submitting documentation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the operation of our services, or to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation.

Cerapex disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
